Digital Products and Services
All guides, route blueprints, premium content, subscriptions, and other digital products offered by Air Service USA are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds.
We encourage you to carefully review the product description and free sample materials before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased content for an extended period, or if the product significantly differs from its clear description.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Partially consumed or accessed digital content
- Subscriptions after the initial billing period has begun
- Purchases made during promotional campaigns or with discount codes
- Services where significant value has already been delivered
Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
